Soviet milkshake

Description

The finished cocktail must be served cold, immediately after preparation, while the fluffy foam has not yet settled. The base of the cocktail is ice cream and milk, and then each person can add, to taste, for example, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, various syrups, chocolate. Feel free to experiment with different types of syrups.

   Step 1

   Take the milk and ice cream out of the refrigerator. Use regular white ice cream (premium ice cream).

   Step 2

   Place the ice cream into a tall, narrow container and pour in the milk. Beat the mixture with a mixer at high speed for several minutes. During this process, a light foam should form on the surface of the mixture.

   Step 3

   At the very end, add fruit syrup (optional—use any flavor you like). Pour the cocktail into glasses and serve immediately while the drink is still cold.
