All ingredients are simply mixed together and don't need any special heat treatment. The sauce turns out spicy and pairs wonderfully with grilled meat, roasted turkey, chicken, or any other poultry cooked on the grill or pan-fried, as well as with fish. It can also be served with shish kebab. For best results, use homemade mayonnaise and natural plain yogurt without additives or foreign odors. The spiciness of the sauce depends on your preferences and can be perfectly adjusted using wasabi powder. Serve the sauce with meat or fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

1. To prepare wasabi sauce, take fresh ginger. Peel it. Grate using a fine grater.

2. Take natural yogurt. Pour it into a convenient plate. Then add 1/4 of the juice from one lemon. Mix thoroughly.

3. Mix grated ginger with mayonnaise. Stir and add a couple of teaspoons of wasabi powder to taste, depending on the spiciness of the paste. Then mix everything with soy sauce. After thoroughly combining all ingredients, cover the sauce and refrigerate for a while.
