Pizza sauce
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. Making homemade sauce won't take much time. For a rich flavor, I use not only fresh tomatoes but also tomato paste. Add spices to taste, adjust the spiciness, and include aromatic herbs. This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator or even canned for winter, provided it's properly heat-treated. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
