A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. I'll share with you how to make it. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Wash the plum and place it over heat, adding a little water. Cook until the skin starts to peel off and the pit separates easily on its own.

Then strain the bullace through a sieve to obtain puree. Place the puree back on the heat and add salt, all the spices, and sugar. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly.

Rinse the herbs with pepper and finely chop them. Peel and mince the garlic. Add all the ingredients to the sauce and turn off the heat.
