Wash and dry the plums. Remove the pits from them.

Wash the pepper as well. Divide each one into 2-3 parts. Remove the seeds and membranes.

Pass all these ingredients through a meat grinder. Add sugar, ground pepper, and salt to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
