
Gooseberry sauce for winter
Description

Wash the berries thoroughly, remove any spoiled fruits, and then dry them.

Place the gooseberries in a saucepan and add water. Cook the berries until soft. Then strain them, leaving the puree. Blend the puree with a blender and add salt.

Then add sugar, khmeli-suneli, and pepper to the sauce. Mix well.

At the end, add the minced garlic. Mix once again. Place the sauce over the heat.
