Description

An aromatic sauce that we'll make will transform any meat dish. You can prepare it in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Feel free to adjust the proportions of garlic and pepper: add more for a spicier taste or less for a sweeter sauce. The seasoning will have a beautiful color. Perfect for pasta, meat, and vegetables.

    Wash the plums well, remove the pits, and peel them. Then blend the fruit in a blender until smooth.

    Rinse the parsley and dry it. Then finely chop. Peel and mince the garlic.

    Place plums into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the "Soup" mode, bring the plum mixture to a boil, then cook for another 5 minutes, adding salt, pepper blend, and sugar. Then add parsley and garlic, and cook for another 10 minutes.
