Mayonnaise sauce
Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. If you are serving tartar with meat or poultry dishes, it's a good idea to add a bit of spice to the sauce. For this, you can use minced garlic or ground black pepper. Alternatively, you may add a little mustard or chili pepper for the same purpose. For the sauce, it's best to choose mayonnaise of medium fat content and without any additional ingredients, so as not to overpower the flavor and taste of the tartar itself.
