Description

Even if you didn't like cilantro in other dishes, you'll develop a deep gourmet love for it! Store the sauce for 2-3 days. Serve with meat or fish, or use as a salad dressing.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Rinse the herbs in water and shake off excess moisture, then dry the herb bunches using paper towels or kitchen towels. Peel the garlic cloves and rinse them in water.

Transfer all the chopped ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or blender.

Add salt and ground black pepper, pour in vegetable oil and lime juice. Optionally, you can add hot green chili if you like sauces with a bitter taste. Blend everything for 3–4 minutes.

Pour the sauce into a bowl, ramekin, or sauce boat and place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Then serve chilled.
