
Nacho sauce
Description

1. Prepare all the ingredients for our future dish, wash and peel the vegetables.

2. Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds. Cut all the vegetables into large pieces. Place everything into a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for fifteen minutes.

3. Remove the pan from the oven and wait until the vegetables cool down. Peel the tomatoes. Transfer the vegetables to a blender and pulse until coarse pieces are still noticeable.
