Cheese sauce
Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. "Blue Dor" is an expensive cheese variety, not affordable for everyone. But a dish with such a sauce can occasionally be treated as a luxury. This cheese melts very well and has a pleasant taste and aroma. It is easily recognizable by both appearance and flavor, making it difficult to confuse with other cheeses. This sauce can be served with meat dishes (chicken, beef, pork), fish, or vegetables. Serve the sauce with meat or fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
