Avocado sauce
Description
Homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. The first and most important step is to choose a ripe avocado, otherwise you risk getting sick. If you're unsure how to pick one, it's best to ask a store assistant for help. This fruit has a creamy texture and a mild, refreshing flavor. Avocado sauce can be used with pasta, in salads, or as a spread (for example, with crackers or chips). In addition to avocado, I also add fresh herbs and a couple of garlic cloves. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
