
Sauce on fish broth
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. This is a simple recipe for a sauce made with fish broth. You will need the following ingredients: fish broth, margarine, flour, onion, parsley, celery, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. The yield of the finished sauce is 1000 grams. Before serving, it is recommended to add 1 gram of citric acid and 70 grams of butter. Then mix thoroughly. Good luck! Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Melt the margarine in a deep container.

Add the flour and fry until it turns creamy in color.

Now pour in 1/4 of the broth, making sure the flour dissolves. Then add the remaining broth, constantly stirring, and bring the mixture to a boil. Next, add chopped onion, celery, and parsley to taste. Cook for 25–30 minutes. At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
