Description
Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. I'll tell you more below. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the herbs and dry them. Cut off the stems of the cilantro and parsley, and remove the white part of the green onions.

Coarsely chop all the herbs so they will be easier to mince later.

Transfer the herbs to the blender bowl or a container for grinding, if using an immersion blender.

Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces. Add the peeled garlic cloves to the herbs.

Pour in the olive oil and wine vinegar, add salt, cumin, and ground black pepper.
