Prepare all the ingredients.

Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for half an hour, then rinse them thoroughly. Cover with fresh water, add an onion, and simmer to make broth for half an hour.

Then strain the broth, and finely chop the mushrooms and some of the cooked onion. You can also blend them in a blender.

Fry the flour with butter in a deep frying pan or saucepan.

Pour in 450 ml of mushroom broth. Salt, pepper, and season with nutmeg.

Simmer the sauce over low heat for 15-25 minutes until it reaches the desired thickness.
