Shrimp sauce
Description
This shrimp sauce goes well with pasta, certain fish dishes, and seafood. However, the same dressing can spoil vegetable stew or red meat. The sauce itself is very delicate yet has a rich flavor. Serve the sauce with meat or fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Combine the strained broth with the cream and bring the mixture to a boil, seasoning slightly. Then cook for a few minutes, stirring. I served the sauce with pasta and shrimp. Enjoy your meal!
