Parsley sauce

Description

The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. Simple yet incredibly delicious, it will add a special flavor to your dishes. It goes perfectly with both meat and poultry. The sauce is made in no time and can be prepared at home or even outdoors, for example, to accompany juicy shashlik. You can use any mayonnaise and ketchup you prefer, in a 1:1 ratio. Every family has its own version; I'd like to share my equally successful variation. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Combine ketchup and mayonnaise. Mix well.

    Add chopped herbs. I used parsley, but you can add any herbs to your taste.
