Sauce
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. It's said that the original sauce recipe includes about 200 different ingredients—spices and various additives. But we won't go that far; we'll make a simplified version. This sauce is typically served with grilled meat and beef, but I'll tell you, friends, it goes well with any cut of meat. Just imagine a hot steak topped with a slice of this sauce slowly melting before your eyes, giving the meat an incredible flavor and appearance. Use the highest quality and tastiest butter as a base. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. You can use the amount of spices to your taste, slightly more or less than the stated quantity.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the onion into small cubes, sauté it in a spoonful of oil with curry. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Place soft butter into the bowl of a kitchen blender, add chopped dill. Parsley can be fresh; I'm using dried. If you have fresh parsley, add it at this stage as well.

Step 4

Add the onion from the pan to the butter, along with a bit of garlic, just one clove.
- 5
Step 5

Add the sauce and lemon juice.
- 6
Step 6

Add all the spices to the oil.
- 7
Step 7

Grind everything at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

Place the prepared butter onto foil or plastic wrap, shape it into a log, wrap it up, and put it into the freezer. Before serving, slice the butter into small round pieces.

Step 9

Ready. Use as a dressing or sauce.
