Description
Beef steak is usually served with one or two sauces for variety. I suggest you prepare a wonderful sauce that can be stored in the refrigerator for later use. This sauce is made from onions and carrots, and we'll also add wine and spices. Serve it with meat or fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
