Sauce for shashlik made from tomato paste
Description
Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. Homemade sauce is tastier than store-bought ketchups, and besides, it's very easy and quick to prepare. You can use various herbs, such as dill, parsley, cilantro, or green onion. It will be especially delicious using a combination of all these herbs together. If you prefer a spicier taste, add a few cloves of garlic or substitute it with mustard, which will give the finished ketchup a more piquant flavor. This sauce is perfect not only for shashlik, but also for any other meat cooked in the oven or on the stovetop. It goes ideally with pasta, meat, and vegetables.
