
Salad dressing
Description
Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. Caesar salad is usually dressed with a light garlic sauce, but I wanted to add a little twist to its flavor. So I decided to make it with yogurt and anchovies. It turned out delicious! Use natural Greek yogurt or plain yogurt—just make sure it's free of flavorings, colorings, and added tastes. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

Prepare the sauce ingredients.

Grate the lemon zest on a grater.

In a blender, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and anchovies. Blend until smooth.

Salt and pepper to taste, add grated cheese, and beat once more. Store the prepared Caesar salad dressing in the refrigerator. It can also be added to other salads or dishes.
