Description

Minimal ingredients — excellent result. I usually serve this sauce with fried white fish in batter. I think red fish goes better with cream-based sauces. Although, of course, you're free to experiment with different variations. If you like, you can also try adding honey to the sauce. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

    Chop the onion and sauté it in a small amount of vegetable oil for about 12-15 minutes.
