Description

Don't forget to buy fresh sour cream for the sauce—it takes just a couple of minutes to prepare! Chill the sauce in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve it chilled or at room temperature.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Rinse the dill greens and chop finely. Place sour cream of any fat content into a deep container. If desired, you can substitute it with thick plain yogurt without additives. Add the chopped dill to the container. Add salt and ground black pepper.

Pour in milk of any fat content, especially if the sour cream is thick. It is milk that will help make it thinner, not water.
