Meat sauce
Description
Homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. Since I really love mushrooms, I believe this sauce goes perfectly with any type of meat: beef, pork, or chicken. It's best served hot, when its aroma fills the entire kitchen and whets the appetite. If desired, you can enhance the mushroom sauce with chopped herbs such as parsley, dill, basil, cilantro, or oregano. You can use any mushrooms, including marinated or dried wild ones. Let me tell you, the sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with your dishes.
