Sauce for manty
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. This sauce should be brushed over manty before serving. Together with hot manty, it will release its aroma and wonderfully enhance the meat's flavor. You can prepare various sauces for manty: sour cream with herbs, tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes with dill, white garlic sauce, or tomato sauce with chili pepper and garlic (as in this recipe). Note: The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

2. Immediately sauté the pepper slightly. As soon as you feel the pleasant, distinctive aroma of the pepper, it is ready. The main thing is not to overcook it, so that it doesn't develop a bitter taste.

Step 6

6. Once the sauce for manty has steeped, transfer it into a small jar or sauce container and serve with the manty.
