Sauce for moose meat
Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. This is the simplest and most delicious sauce for moose meat, although, of course, this is just my personal opinion. I don't like when game meat is overpowered by complex sauces. Moose meat should be the star of the dish, with the sauce merely enhancing its flavor. First of all, you need to prepare a marinade for the meat. The better the game is marinated, the more tender and delicious the dish will turn out. The marinade is half the success in preparing moose meat. The younger the meat, the faster it will cook—keep this in mind. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
