Sauce for noodles
Description
A universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. This sauce can be served not only with noodles but also with other pasta, cereals, potatoes, and meat dishes. The sweet pepper in the sauce base gives it its distinctive flavor. If you'd like to add a spicy note, you can mix in a pinch of chili. For a more delicate and slightly sweet taste, add a pinch of sugar. I personally enjoy this sauce simply with noodles, but you can also add meat, poultry, or mushrooms. Keep this recipe in mind—I'm sure you'll be satisfied. It's perfect with pasta, meat, and vegetables.
