Sauce for potato salad

Description

A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. A little further down I described how to serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Instructions

   Step 1

   In a bowl, mix sour cream with mayonnaise. Peel and mince the garlic, then add it to the mixture. Wash and chop the dill, and add it as well. Season with salt and pepper.

   Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater and add it to the sauce as well.
