Sauce for turkey

Description

Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. I think everyone has heard of Thanksgiving. This American holiday is often shown in movies and TV series, where they tell what dishes are prepared and what guests are treated to. Well, turkey with cranberry sauce is a traditional dish for this holiday. I think it will be interesting to read about it.

   Step 1

   Take a small saucepan, pour in orange juice, and place it over heat. Add sugar to the warm juice and stir until completely dissolved.

   Add cranberries to the juice, simmer for 10 minutes until the berries begin to "open."

   Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool. As it cools, the sauce will thicken.
