Sauce for side dishes with red spinach
Description
Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. Unfortunately, in our country, many home cooks underestimate spinach—I myself for most of my life saw it only as fresh salad leaves. And since, in my opinion, spinach isn't the most flavorful leafy green, I often substituted it with other greens. But once I tried red spinach with coconut a few times, I fell in love! Try making this sauce for side dishes. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
