Tomato paste sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Today I want to share with you a very simple Italian-style recipe and tell you. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

You can use store-bought tomato paste, but I prefer making it myself by pureeing tomatoes. For this, take 600 grams of tomatoes, peel them, and blend into a puree using a blender. If desired, pass the paste through a sieve to remove the seeds. Pour the prepared paste into a saucepan.

Step 2

Place the saucepan over medium heat and heat the mixture. Then add a little olive oil, sugar, and salt—adjust the amounts to your taste. Simmer the sauce over low heat for 20 minutes.

Step 3

5 minutes before it's ready, add minced garlic, oregano, and basil to the sauce, and mix well. Turn off the heat and let the sauce cool down slightly, then either use it immediately or pour it into jars and place in the refrigerator. However, I should warn you that this sauce cannot be stored for long.
