
Sauce from string beans
Description
It should be noted that boiling beans may take longer. Consider the variety and freshness of the legumes. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Transfer the beans to a saucepan and pour in water. Place over medium heat and cook for 30 minutes after boiling until soft. If the water evaporates, add a little more, just enough to cover the beans.

As soon as the beans become soft, add minced garlic, butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and cook for another 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with 2 tbsp of flour. Mix well.

Pour the diluted flour into the pot with the beans, mix well, and remove from heat.

Using an immersion blender, blend the beans into a smooth puree.

Transfer the sauce to a sauceboat and chill. Sprinkle with herbs, if desired, before serving.
