
Plum sauce for fish
Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. The plum sauce should be chilled for 30 minutes before serving to enhance its flavor. For a thicker consistency, stir in 1/2 tsp of cornstarch dissolved in 20 ml of cold water during cooking. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Wash the plums in water, remove the pits, and stems from the fruits.

Cut the plums into small cubes and place the chopped pieces into a saucepan with a non-stick bottom or a cauldron. Pour in hot water.

Add salt and ground black pepper to the container.

Add sugar, Korean-style carrot seasoning, and powdered dried garlic. You can also add other spices and seasonings to taste.
