Sorrel sauce
Description
We're used to standard sauces made from tomatoes, mushrooms, or cream. But try a sorrel sauce instead—delicate, with a creamy consistency and a pleasant tang. It's a universal accompaniment for all kinds of fish and meat. If you happen to have particularly sour sorrel, add a little sugar to the sauce.
