Pour the flour into a frying pan and fry until golden, stirring constantly.

Wash the mushrooms, remove the outer skin, and chop finely using a grater or knife.

Wash the lemon and squeeze the juice from it. You will need approximately 3 tablespoons of juice.

In a skillet, melt the butter and add chopped mushrooms. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, without allowing the mushrooms to brown. After 5 minutes, pour in the lemon juice and mix well. Add the sautéed flour and mix again thoroughly. Add the broth, salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
