Cucumber and mayonnaise sauce
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. I usually try not to add cottage cheese to sauces, especially since it doesn't seem to go well with pickled cucumbers. But surprisingly, it actually works! Everything turns out very harmonious. For making this cucumber and mayonnaise sauce, I use medium-fat cottage cheese. If you use overly fatty cottage cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise, the result will be more like a full-fledged cottage cheese spread rather than a sauce. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
