Matsoni Sauce
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. Matsoni sauce is based on a fermented dairy product from the Caucasus region. This culinary masterpiece is often used to enhance meat dishes, various sandwiches, fish, stewed vegetables, and many other foods. I particularly enjoy serving it with roasted poultry, using it as a dressing for fresh vegetable salads, or offering it instead of sour cream with flatbreads or other non-sweet baked goods. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
