Description

Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. Ingredient quantities are given for a 200-gram container. If desired, you can make the strawberry sauce slightly sweeter or more savory to taste—try it after cooking and add spices and seasonings to your liking. Most importantly, don't forget the vinegar, as it is the main preservative. The sauce is ready. Store in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

If you want to preserve the sauce for winter, scald the jar and lid with boiling water, fill it with hot strawberry sauce, and seal tightly using a screw-top or canning key. Let it cool at room temperature, then transfer to a pantry and store until spring. Serve the sauce with meat, pâtés, poultry, etc. Enjoy your meal!
