
Cilantro sauce for winter storage
Description

You'll be amazed by its taste and aroma, so this preserve is unlikely to last until winter. Serve it with any non-sweet baked goods, bruschetta, or toast. The sauce is ready. Prepare the listed ingredients.

Cut the stems off the cilantro bunches, separate the bunches, and rinse under water. Use paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Place the coriander in the blender bowl and purée for 3–5 minutes. Peel the garlic cloves, rinse, and chop into the bowl.

Add salt and ground paprika. If desired, you can add a little red chili pepper instead of or in addition to the paprika.

Pour in high-quality vegetable oil without any aroma. To extend the sauce's shelf life, you can heat the oil almost to the boiling point.

Place the sauce in a jar or container and tightly seal the lid. Store the sauce in the refrigerator or in a cool place. Shelf life is 5-6 months. After that, the garlic may start to turn bitter!
