
Cilantro Sauce
Description
Homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. I know that fresh cilantro isn't everyone's favorite—this herb, also known as coriander, has a rather distinctive smell (which, by the way, I personally love). But I've tested this myself: when this cilantro sauce was served with fish, even those who claimed not to like cilantro enthusiastically praised the sauce and asked what it was made of. "Cilantro, dear friends, cilantro—the very one you claim to dislike!" :Р Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Prepare all the ingredients - wash the herbs, peel the garlic.

Chop the cilantro and green onion coarsely; the garlic can be left whole.

Remove seeds and membranes from the green pepper and chop coarsely.

Place the herbs, garlic, and pepper into the blender container and blend until smooth.

Sprinkle the homogeneous mass with salt and sugar, then mix.
