Description

Minimal ingredients — excellent result. Broccoli sauce for fish is perfect for boiled, baked, or grilled salmon, trout (in general, all types of red fish and some other kinds of seafood), as well as for shrimp. You can also successfully serve it with any kind of pasta. If desired, you can replace parsley with another herb or use a combination of herbs, increase the amount of garlic, or add a piece of butter. Adjust according to your taste preferences and create your ideal broccoli sauce for fish. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
