Avocado sauce for fish
Description
Homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. To prevent the avocado sauce from turning dark, be sure to add lemon juice. Green onions will give the sauce a fresh spring flavor. If you don't have green onions, you can substitute dill or parsley. Remember, it's best to serve the sauce immediately after preparing. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
