Ginger-honey sauce
Description
Homemade sauce recipe. Honey-ginger sauce is very popular in Southeast Asian cuisine and is commonly added to chicken and fish. It gives even the simplest steamed fish, prepared without spices, a unique flavor and pleasant aroma. To make ginger-honey sauce, you will need thick but not crystallized honey, fresh ginger root, and dry white table wine. I recommend serving it with cod and asparagus, or with chicken fillet. It pairs perfectly with pasta, meat, and vegetables.
