Sauce for spaghetti with chicken
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Tomato-based or tomato sauce is most commonly used for chicken spaghetti sauce at home. I suggest an equally delicious alternative that pairs perfectly with any type of pasta and is quite simple to prepare. The finished dish can be served immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

1. The recipe for chicken spaghetti sauce should begin with preparing the main ingredients of the dish. Wash the chicken or fillet, dry it, and cut into portion pieces.
- 2
Step 2

2. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. Add the chicken and fry until fully cooked. Season with salt to taste during cooking, and pepper if desired. Mushrooms also go very well here (can be added optionally). They should be washed, cleaned, and added to the pan together with the chicken.

Step 3

3. While the chicken is cooking, you can start preparing the sauce. Place the butter in a separate skillet and melt it thoroughly.

Step 4

4. Add the flour to the oil and, stirring constantly, cook until golden brown.

Step 5

5. Heat the milk and bring it to a boil. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming. If desired, the milk can be replaced with cream.

Step 6

6. In the sauce, broth (preferably chicken) should also be gradually added in small portions and cooked over low heat until it thickens and becomes smooth.

Step 7

7. Place spaghetti into boiling salted water with a small amount of vegetable oil. Cook for 1 minute less than indicated on the package. When the sauce begins to thicken, remove it from the heat and add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Step 8

8. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix thoroughly. Spaghetti can be served separately or combined with the sauce. Serve the chicken spaghetti sauce at home sprinkled with fresh herbs and, if desired, grated cheese.
