Sauce for herring
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. To make herring sauce, we'll need medium-fat sour cream and a sweet-sour apple, though it's better to use a sour one. By the way, you can buy ready-made herring, already cleaned and sliced. Just don't forget to drain the oil from it, and chop the fish even finer. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
