
Fish sauce for baking in the oven
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. This savory sauce is perfect not only for fish but also for other hot dishes. Simply rub the fish with the sauce before baking, or serve the sauce separately. It can also be used as a dressing for vegetable salads. The sauce turns out aromatic and slightly spicy. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Open the jar of gherkins and drain the liquid. Grate the cucumbers on a fine grater.

Wash and dry the lime. Grate the zest from it using a grater, and squeeze the juice from the citrus.

Peel the garlic cloves and grate them on a fine or medium grater, or press them through a garlic press.

Rinse the dill under running water and pat dry. Cut off the stems and finely chop the greens with a sharp knife as finely as possible.
