Meat sauce

Description

Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. I want to share this recipe with you. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.

Instructions

   Step 1

   Chop the onion and sauté it in oil in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes.

   Pour wine or another aromatic alcohol into the pan.

   Let the alcohol evaporate slightly. Add the butter and gently stir.

   Mix the cornstarch with a small amount of water and add it to the pan as well. Stir.

   Add the broth gradually until the consistency becomes thick and sticky.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.
