Barbecue sauce for chicken wings
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. I'd like to point out that this barbecue wing sauce recipe can also be used as a marinade. The amount of ingredients listed is enough to marinate the wings first and then serve them with the sauce. 1. Start by preparing a small saucepan, add tomato sauce or ketchup to it. 2. Add vinegar and honey. Place the saucepan over heat and bring the mixture to a boil. 3. Add hot sauce (in this case, "Tabasco" is used, but you can use any other) to taste. 4. Add a pinch of salt. 5. As for spices, you can experiment endlessly. Add a pinch of black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, etc. Mix everything thoroughly and reduce the heat to minimum. 6. If you have liquid smoke on hand, add a teaspoon—it won't hurt. 7. Simmer the barbecue wing sauce over low heat for about half an hour. 8. Then remove from heat and let it cool. That's it—now all that's left is to cook the wings and serve them with this amazing sauce. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
