Description

Homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. The shrimp sauce takes only a few minutes to make. You can use sour cream of any fat content, mayonnaise, or thick yogurt as a base. Add the remaining ingredients to taste, but soy sauce and garlic are essential—they enhance the flavor of the seafood. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use sour cream or mayonnaise of any fat content, the main thing is that the product should be thick.

    Transfer the shrimp to a cauldron or saucepan and pour in water to cover them. Add 2-3 pinches of salt and bay leaves. Add a slice of lemon and boil for 3-5 minutes. If the shrimp are gray (freshly frozen), they need to be cooked for about 8-10 minutes.

    Place sour cream or mayonnaise and yogurt into the blender container or a deep bowl. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, and mustard. You can use store-bought whole-grain mustard. Peel and rinse the garlic cloves. Use two if they are small, or one if they are large! Press them into the container.
