
Sauce for red fish
Description
Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. Honey, citrus juice, and soy sauce — this unusual combination will taste absolutely incredible with fish! 1. Wash the salmon, pat dry, season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a frying pan with heated olive oil and fry for several minutes on each side.

2. Remove the fish and set aside. Add butter to the skillet.

6. Return the fish to the pan once the sauce has become smooth. Gently "bathe" the fish by spooning the sauce over the top. Cook for 1 minute over heat, continuously basting the fish, then serve.
